Meet The Team


Dr. Jeff Kromolicki

Chiropractic Physician

Dr. Kromolicki is the founder and owner of Trinity Chiropractic and Rehab, and has been serving the regions of Trinity/New Port Richey since 2001.
Growing up in the area, he attended the University of South Florida before receiving his doctorate degree from Texas Chiropractic College

Dr. Kromolicki completed internships at a number of orthopedic and neurological surgery centers, where he gained experience with sports injuries and other surgical patients.

Dr. Kromolicki has a particular interest in the role of rehab and exercise in the treatment of his patients, and has built a practice that stresses a multimodal approach to help his patients get better and healthier.


Dr. Fouad Raad

Chiropractic Physician

Dr. Raad attended University at Buffalo, SUNY for his undergraduate and graduate studies, before getting his Chiropractic and MBA degrees at D'Youville College in Buffalo, NY. In his time in Buffalo, he rotated in several facilities including a level 1 trauma center, a neurosurgery facility and other outpatient clinics, where he saw a wide range of patients and conditions.

Dr. Raad is a Lebanese native, and is fluent in Arabic and English. He is also passionate about fitness and nutrition and about sharing his personal experience and knowledge with his patients. He joined Trinity Chiropractic and Rehab in 2018 after moving to the Tampa Bay area to practice, and hopes to use his skills and experience to serve the area of Trinity and surrounding regions well.


Jami Eastman

Registered Chiropractic Assistant and Office Manager

Jami  has been with Trinity Chiropractic since 2012. She received her Bachelors of Science in Business Management in 2008 from the University of Phoenix. She also has ten years of pharmacy and medical experience prior to being with TCR. Jami is also a Florida native and has lived in the New Port Richey/Trinity area since the age of 5.


Kama Buchs

Registered Chiropractic Assistant

Kama aka "Kam" has been with Trinity Chiropractic since 2015 and has been in the medical field for over 17 years. Kama's primary role is patient care which includes assisting patients with therapy.

Kama is also licensed as a certified nurse assistant since 2001 which gave her the opportunity to work in medical settings such as hospitals, inpatient/outpatient rehab centers, skilled nursing facilities, doctor offices and home care as well.  

Prior to her employment with Trinity Chiropractic she worked as a clinical assistant, physician referral coordinator, and staffing coordinator for a little over 7 years at a home care agency. 

 Kama holds a degree in AAS from Pasco Hernando State College where her main course of study was health and sciences and Bachelors in Business Management from Rasmussen College where she focused on health care administration. 


Michael Carnegie

Physical Therapist Assistant

Michael studied Health Sciences at St. Petersburg College and graduated with a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. He currently oversees patient care with his vast knowledge of the many modalities we offer. Michael prides himself on building strong relationships with our patients to ensure they get the best care available. Being a former personal trainer, combined with his background in Physical Therapy, Michael enjoys engaging in conversations about fitness as well as therapeutic  exercises. He offers great advice to patients that have health, fitness or injury concerns


Tracy Putnam

Massage Therapist

Tracy graduated May 2016 from Cortiva Institute.  She is an Ironman triathlete that specializes in deep tissue sports massage. She works with many local athletes in the Tampa Bay Area.  In 2017 She was part of a massage team that worked with the National Champion Clemson football team.  She has been practicing with Dr. Kromolicki performing therapeutic massage since February 2018 along with running her own travel massage business. She is certified in myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, Swedish and deep tissue sports massage.
